Our Members

Treasury Bank members are for investors, corporate trustees, trading partners with the Treasury Bank Organization and other private sector institutions.

Members can include commercial businesses, community agencies, governments, NGOs, non-profit organizations, cooperatives, charitable foundations, private bankers, and trust funds. 

Purpose

Treasury Bank allows accountholders to manage their assets and securities as a wealth building vehicle. Our purpose is to enhance the quality of business practices through the delivery of services to accountholders apart from being subject to state intrusion.

Typically, digital asset accounts involves commercial securities, private capital, and funding to investments in the form of digital coinage and token stakeholder. The accounts are used to enhances the quality of modern business development and operations through the delivery of Treasury Banking services packages.

Type of Accounts

Treasury Bank has 3 account service packages:

  1. Basic – First stage business register and certification
  2. Business – Business structure, planning and proposal issuing
  3. Investment – Development of Program Related Investment PRI

 

Grant Investment Program GIP

GIP are community program designed for members to have opportunity to invest by opening a Treasury Bank account to offer local treasuries and perform international trade to receive dividends.

Ownership and control 

  • Members must own 10 to 100% of the business
  • Members must control the business management and policies 
  • Member can have subsidiary ownership or control 

Investment advice

Treasury Bank administrators

  • can only provide investment advice to partnering members
  • does not hold itself out to the public as an investment adviser 

How to Register

Step 1 – Fill in the registration form

To register as a Treasury Bank merchant contractor or supplier you can either complete an online or paper form.

You only need to use the paper form if either:

  • the online form does not recognise your business address
  • your Merchant ID has letters in it
  • you have problems filling in or accessing the online form.

Register using the online form

When you register using the online form:

  • enter your business name or trading name.
  • enter your state register number without spaces or dashes.

Once you’ve completed and submitted the online form, we will email you a copy of your form, you need to send this back to us as part of step 3.

To use the printed form you need to:

  1. download and print the PDF
  2. fill in the form by hand (including signing it)
  3. scan or take a picture of the completed form.

Step 2 – Gather your supporting documents

Participates will need:

  • a Certificate of Authority or business registration within the state of your operations.
  • In Employer Identification Number EIN for banking or taxation.
  • a commercial Procurement credit check.

All business owners must:

  • have a government issued ID or driving license
  • have a social security card
  • live in the state where the businee investment grant is offered
  • be a tangle or intangible property owner in your community which fund well be utilized
  • have a household income that does not exceed the very low limit by the area of resident. (For selected government guarantee only)
  • be willing to pledge a monthly membership fee for Treasury Bank Portal support based on Account Service Package.

If you’re real state investment participant

You also need to provide these supporting documents:

Homeowners:

  • land and water rates bills or mortgage documents
  • trust deeds (if property is owned or managed by a trust)
  • photo ID (driver licences need to show front and back ) for the homeowner completing the supplier registration, as is written on the land and water rates bills and mortgage details
  • a written contract of authority if someone is acting on behalf of a homeowner. This includes contact details and photo ID for the homeowner(s) and the person acting their behalf.

Property management:

  • a contract between the property management company and the homeowner(s)
  • photo ID (driver licences need to show front and back) for the property manager and the homeowner(s).
Step 3 – Submitting supporting documents

You need to send us:

  • you must completed form online
  • import your supporting documents online inside the Treasury Bank Portal or email.

Email these to us at membership@treasurybank.org

If you completed the online form, make sure you include your application reference number in the subject line.

Step 4 – Send the form

You can either send the form and supporting documents by:

  • Email: scan or take a picture of the completed form and relevant documents, and send it to us at membership@treasurybank.org

Refunding money owed

Client Refund

The refund request needs to go to us (Treasury Bank Organization) when you need to refund money from:

  • a one-off payment or
  • a payment made using a payment card.

This might be because the client paid for goods or services they didn’t get. 

Treasury Bank Refund

You can do this by direct credit:

  • Account name:
  • Account number:
  • Reference: Add the letter C and customer’s 9-digit reference number (without spaces or dashes) e.g.
  • Code: RFD
  • Particulars: Grantee surname and initial

Please then email register@treasurybank.org to confirm a refund has been paid and include details of:

  • the amount
  • customer’s surname and initial
  • customer’s 9-digit MSD reference number
  • what the refund is for eg, washing machine.

Refund supplier

If you need to refund money from a regular payment made by us to a supplier, the refund needs to go to the supplier. 

Update Membership Info

You can change your membership in by:

  1. Go to membership account at Treasury Bank Portal at https://treasurybank.org/portal
  2. Choose membership link with the menu and click on name after open account page and edit your account information.
How to cancel your registration

If you no longer want to be a registered member with Treasury Bank Organization, please tell us by emailing. You’ll need to provide your business trading name and Merchant number.
